Being an avid traveler, I could not recommend a better location to experience all downtown Knoxville has to offer. Especially amongst the Pandemic, you can safely social distance and avoid crowds, while still being right in the action with the best location on the market. Spending this weird NYE there was the most amazing experience. On top of the location and the style of the Loft, Dean was super easy to communicate with and helpful in all ways. And this loft was stacked on the amenities to make me so thankful that I didn’t just rent a hotel. But hands down, the best perk, is the rooftop. You can experience Knoxville’s rooftop bars without having to expose yourself to strangers. It can’t be missed. Thanks Dean!

Dean was an awesome host! The apartment was more than we expected! It was in a wonderful location, we loved all the shops and restaurants in Market Square. The apartment had a great view, Dean had many little touches that set his apartment above the rest. We will definitely be back!!

I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and nothing ever makes a big enough impression to take the time to leave a review one way or the other. This is my first review ever. Dean goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The location is amazing, will not find better if you want to stay downtown/Market Square. The loft is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The rooftop ended up being our favorite spot over the weekend. Very nice, unique addition to our stay. Will be back to Knoxville for sure and won’t consider staying anywhere else other than one of Dean’s properties

Dean goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect for a visit to Knoxville. Everything is within walking distance.
